Women and Leadership
This manual has been developed by The Creative Skill Consultants and Traralgon Neighbourhood Learning House as part of a Rural Access Grant which is funded by the Department of Primary Industry. The aims of this manual are to:
Provide resource material for Women and Leadership groups which are being held as part of this project.
Provide a resource for women throughout Gippsland who are interested in learning about leadership.
Add to the available resources regarding leadership.
In addition to theoretical and descriptive material and information regarding leadership, this manual contains some of the group exercises which have been used in the Gippsland Women and Leadership program, conducted at Traralgon Neighbourhood Learning House, July-September 1997.
