What is Neighbourhood
House
A Neighbourhood House (or Community House)
is a place in your community which provides a caring atmosphere
where you can relax, chat, learn and share ideas in a
non-threatening environment and share some fun times.
We conduct a wide range of classes for
people who want to learn or improve their skills. Classes are
held during the day, with some available at night. Classes are
run by volunteer tutors who are competent in their field.
Several groups from the community meet at
the House weekly, fortnightly or monthly. If you have a group
looking for somewhere to meet, then we may be able to help.
